This classic miniature carriage clock features a gilded brass Mignonnette No. 2 Anglaise Richepillared case with rectangular top with folding handle over four beveled glass sides held by plain columns with
Corinthian capitals and hinged rear door, the whole on a
plain straight base with block feet.
The circular white enamel dial has blue Roman numerals
and outside Arabic count minutes with ornate blued steel
hands, surrounded by a plain gilt mask.
The movement is an eight day spring driven timepiece movement
with platform lever escapement.
Backplate stamped with hands directional arrow and
Aiguilles (meaning clock hands)
R (retard or slow) and A (avance [advance]) on backplate
either side of escapement.

Condition:GoodWear consistent with age and use. With clocks of this age there is no way for us to tell for sure if restorations have been made. The clock is in very good condition and in working order. The last three images show wear to gilding on bottom and some chips to glass on one bottom side.
